abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polybutadiene comprising a specific high molecular weight polybutadiene and a specific low molecular weight polybutadiene and a method for producing the polybutadiene with high polymerization activity. A polybutadiene having a cis-1,4-structure content of 80% or more and comprising the following components (A) and (B). (A) Intrinsic viscosity [η] measured at 30 ° C. in toluene is 2 to 5, and is produced by a polymerization method using a catalyst composed of a cobalt compound, an organoaluminum compound and water to adjust the molecular weight with an acyclic olefin. Polybutadiene.
