PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and stable skin aging preventive effect by reducing the minimum effective concentration of an active ingredient in the anti-aging agent used so far and suppressing the occurrence of damage to the skin. An agent for improving the effect of preventing skin aging is provided. SOLUTION: An agent for improving the effect of preventing skin aging comprising a liquid extract of an aqueous salt solution from a genus Red-tailed algae as an active ingredient, wherein the red-tailed genus Red algae is extracted with an aqueous salt solution. Ammonium sulfate is added until the final concentration reaches 20 to 40% saturation concentration, salting out in the first stage is performed, and after the precipitated impurities are removed, the extract is further concentrated until the final concentration reaches 60 to 80% saturation concentration. Ammonium sulfate is added for salting out in the second stage, and the crudely active fraction is collected as a precipitate. The precipitate is dissolved in an appropriate solvent to separate and extract a liquid extract exhibiting cellular immunity activation activity. Manufacture by collecting. [Selection figure] None |
