abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner and toner base particles which are reused from non-predetermined particles generated at the time of toner preparation, are environmentally friendly, have high image density, and do not generate fog. In the present invention, a fine powder which is a predetermined external particle containing polyester generated in a production process of a pulverized toner or a polymerized toner is reused in a masterbatch production process in which a binder resin and a colorant are combined. In the manufacturing method of granulating after dissolving in an organic solvent together with a toner constituent material such as a release agent, the selectivity of the resin is improved by the dissolution suspension method and the PxP method, and the low-temperature fixability is excellent. Toners and toner base particles not limited to acrylic can be provided. The image forming apparatus of the present invention can provide a good image having a high image density and no fogging.
