abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out determination of molecular interaction and mass spectrometry of a solid phased substance on the same support, and furthermore, the amount of a substance to be subjected to mass spectrometry is small and / or low molecular weight. Even so, a method capable of performing the identification with high selectivity and high sensitivity is provided. (1) A substance A is prepared by using a blocking reagent and a substance B having a specific binding ability to the target substance A for a sample containing the target substance A solid-phased on a support. And (2) removing substance B from substance A, and (3) subject substance A determined to interact in step (1) on the same support. And (4) identifying the fragmented target substance A by mass spectrometry on the same support, wherein the blocking reagent is obtained by mass spectrometry of substance A in (4) A method for analyzing a sample that does not exhibit a mass spectrum peak that hinders the analysis result.
