titleOfInvention DNA probe chip and DNA hybridization control method
abstract Disclosed are a DNA probe chip and a hybridization method for performing high-speed and high-yield hybridization between a polynucleotide in a sample solution such as DNA and RNA and probe DNA immobilized on a substrate. A DNA probe chip surface (solid surface on which a probe is immobilized) is set to a positive potential, and a target polynucleotide having a negative charge is electrostatically attracted to the DNA probe chip surface, and the DNA probe chip surface and target A concentration gradient of the target polynucleotide is formed from the solid-liquid interface with the sample solution containing the polynucleotide toward the sample solution to increase the efficiency of hybridization.
