titleOfInvention | Method for producing mixed dyed fabric of polyester fiber and polyurethane fiber |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of defective products in a mixed dyed fabric produced by scouring and dyeing a mixed fabric. That is, it prevents power down and polyurethane breakage due to embrittlement of polyurethane fibers during presetting and dyeing treatment, and further removes adhering components such as oil in the scouring process, so that expansion power and leveling can be achieved. Prevents the generation of defective products with inferior properties. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a mixed dyed fabric by carrying out a dyeing process after scouring a mixed fabric of polyester fiber and polyurethane fiber, the scouring treatment is carried out with water for treatment containing a surfactant and a sequestering agent. By doing so, a mixed dyed fabric of polyester fiber and polyurethane fiber is produced. The scouring treatment is continuously performed, and an excessive amount of the sequestering agent is contained so that the unreacted sequestering agent remains in the collected water for treatment.
