titleOfInvention Active energy ray curable screen ink composition
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a recording layer that can be printed with jet ink on the surface of a substrate such as an optical disk, and the like, a smooth surface, a fast setting of jet ink, and a reproducible image can be formed. The present invention also provides an active energy ray-curable screen ink composition capable of forming a recording layer having excellent image storability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An active energy ray-curable screen ink composition comprising a water-soluble monomer, a water-soluble polymer, a dye fixing agent and a filler and having the following characteristics (a) to (d). (A) A mixture of acryloylmorpholine and N-vinylformamide is contained as the water-soluble monomer. (B) Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is contained as the water-soluble polymer. (C) A cationic polyamine resin is contained as the dye fixing agent. (D) The filler is at least one selected from silica, wollastonite and silicon beads. [Selection figure] None
