SOLUTION: A cationic modified soybean polysaccharide in which a specific amount of a quaternary nitrogen-containing group is introduced into soybean polysaccharide and the cationic charge amount is adjusted to a specific range, and a cosmetic composition containing the cationic modified soybean polysaccharide. |
