abstract | 【Task】 Provided are a solid electrolytic capacitor using a TCNQ complex salt as a cathode layer, a high capacity impregnation rate, a small size, a large capacitance, and excellent electrical characteristics, and a method for manufacturing the same. [Solution] A cathode layer made of polyethylene dioxythiophene and a TCNQ complex salt was formed on the anode foil of the capacitor element in which the anode foil formed with the dielectric oxide film and the counter cathode foil were wound through a separator. In the solid electrolytic capacitor, the cathode layer is formed by polymerizing an ethylenedioxythiophene monomer with an oxidizing agent and then impregnating the melted and liquefied TCNQ complex salt. As the TCNQ complex salt, a charge transfer complex salt using Nn-butylisoquinolinium as a donor and TCNQ as an acceptor is used. [Selection figure] None |
