titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of effectively protecting a capacitor element from an overcurrent while preventing an excessive bending of an anode part of the capacitor element in a structure in which a plurality of capacitor elements are laminated. A solid electrolytic capacitor (1) includes a capacitor element laminate (3) composed of capacitor elements (2A to 2C) and a substrate (4). Capacitor elements 2 </ b> A to 2 </ b> C are formed by laminating a solid electrolyte layer 11 and a conductor layer 12 on the surface of an anode portion 6 formed in a partial region of aluminum substrate 9 and a region of aluminum substrate 9 excluding anode portion 6. And a formed cathode portion 7. On the substrate 4, an anode wiring pattern 16 electrically connected to the anode part 6 and a cathode wiring pattern 17 electrically connected to the cathode part 7 are provided. Between the anode portion 6 of the capacitor element 2A and the anode wiring pattern 16, a conductive connection member 24 made of a PTC element is provided. [Selection] Figure 1
