abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable magnetic encoder that has good magnetic characteristics and does not fall off from a slinger or self-destruct even under a severe temperature environment. A magnetic encoder comprising: a fixing member 25 that can be attached to a rotating body; and a substantially annular magnet portion 27 that is attached to the fixing member 25 and is multipolarly magnetized in the circumferential direction. The magnet part 27 is made of a magnet material containing a polyamide resin composition and magnetic powder, and the magnet part 27 is formed by insert molding the magnet material with the fixing member 25 baked with a phenol resin adhesive as a core. The thickness of the magnet portion 27 is 0.6 to 1.2 mm, and the thickness of the fixing member 25 is 0.4 to 1.0 mm. [Selection] Figure 1 |
