titleOfInvention | Buffer solution used in contact with working electrode used for specific detection of analyte using photocurrent generated by photoexcitation of sensitizing dye |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer solution for working electrode treatment capable of dramatically improving the detection sensitivity of a test substance in specific detection of the test substance using a photocurrent generated by photoexcitation of a sensitizing dye. As a buffer solution used in contact with a working electrode used for specific detection of a test substance using a photocurrent generated by photoexcitation of a sensitizing dye, a carboxyl group, a phosphate group, and an amino group are used. A buffer solution containing a buffer containing no solvent and a solvent is used. Thereby, the detection sensitivity of the test substance is greatly improved. [Selection figure] None |
