abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous urethane composition and an aqueous adhesive capable of exhibiting excellent initial adhesive strength and a longer bonding time. SOLUTION: A urethane-based aqueous composition is a urethane-based aqueous composition containing a water-dispersible polyurethane-based resin (A), and further a compound (B) containing a tertiary amino group and an aromatic ring. It is characterized by containing. As the compound (B) containing a tertiary amino group and an aromatic ring, N, N-bis (hydroxyalkyl) aniline or N, N-bis [hydroxy-mono or poly (alkyleneoxy) -alkyl] aniline Can be suitably used.
