PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition that reduces the irritation of a cleansing agent without deteriorating foam performance and is excellent in skin feel after cleaning. A skin cleansing composition comprising (A) a silicate having a hemoglobin aggregation action and (B) a fatty acid salt. Furthermore, it is preferable to contain at least one surfactant selected from anionic surfactants other than (C) fatty acid salts, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, and semipolar surfactants. The silicate having the hemoglobin aggregation action of the component (A) is preferably a colloidal silicate having an average particle diameter of less than 100 nm, and more preferably has an allergen reducing action.
