I will provide a. SOLUTION: A titanium oxide slurry obtained by mixing titanium oxide, water, and a chemical admixture for concrete. The titanium chemical slurry, wherein the concrete chemical admixture is a water reducing agent for concrete. The titanium oxide slurry is a titanium oxide fine particle coated with apatite.
