abstract Provided is a gear having excellent dimensional accuracy that is difficult to peel off at a joint interface even when a gear core body and a tooth portion formed of polyamide resin are joined. A phenolic compound as a component (B) is provided at least on the outer periphery of a gear core 11 whose outer peripheral portion is formed of a polyamide resin or on the inner periphery of a tooth portion 12 formed of a polyamide resin. After a joining aid containing an organic solvent that can dissolve or disperse component (A) as a component is applied, the gear is joined integrally. [Selection] Figure 1
