titleOfInvention Electrophotographic conductive roller and manufacturing method thereof
abstract An electrophotographic conductive roller having surface characteristics that does not cause sticking to an image forming body, poor charging, or fogging / development streaks in an output image even when deteriorated by continuous use. In an electrophotographic conductive roller in which at least a conductive elastic layer is provided on the outer periphery of a conductive metal core, surface shape data measured by a surface roughness meter based on JIS B0601 is obtained by frequency conversion. The obtained spatial frequency spectrum is achieved by an electrophotographic conductive roller characterized by satisfying the following two conditions. (1) When a component having a spatial frequency of 5 cycles / mm or less is A, the component A occupies 35% or more of the total spatial frequency component B. (2) When the component A included in the spatial frequency range within the average value ± 30% of the component A is B, the component B occupies 50% or more of the component A. [Selection] Figure 1
