[Solution] (A) An ethylenically unsaturated compound, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, and (C) a sensitizer having a specific structural formula, and having a peak of spectral sensitivity in a wavelength range of 390 to 430 nm and a film Light transmittance T40 at a wavelength of 405 nm when a photosensitive composition layer having a thickness of 20 μm is formed.
