titleOfInvention | Magnetic toner |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic toner which can obtain a stable image density over a long period of time regardless of the use environment and consumes a small amount of toner. In a magnetic toner containing at least a binder resin, a magnetic material, and a charge control resin, (I) the binder resin contains a polyester unit (ii) the weight average particle diameter of the toner is 5.0 to 9.0 μm; (Iii) the true specific gravity of the toner is 1.3 to 1.7 g / cm 3 ; (Iv) the saturation magnetization of the toner at 796 kA / m is 20 to 35 Am 2 / kg; (V) The charge control resin is a polymer or copolymer containing at least a sulfonic acid, a sulfonate, or a sulfonic acid ester group-containing vinyl monomer unit.
