PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite material annular structure having rigidity corresponding to each of a web part and a flange part in a relatively short time and at a low cost, and an annular frame for an aircraft fuselage comprising the structure. . SOLUTION: (a) An annular basic preform 2 having a flat plate annular web portion 21 and a flange portion 22 substantially perpendicular to the web portion 21 is formed from reinforcing fibers, and (b) the annular basic portion. A flat plate-shaped reinforcing preform 3 made of reinforcing fibers is joined to the web portion 21 of the preform 2 and (c) a cylindrical reinforcing preform made of reinforcing fibers is attached to the flange portion 22 of the annular basic preform 2. 4 is a method in which an annular fiber preform 1 having a monolithic structure is formed by bonding 4, and the obtained annular fiber preform 1 is impregnated with a matrix resin and cured.
