abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light photocatalyst layer exhibiting a sufficient photocatalytic action in an environment having a small amount of spectral components of less than 400 nm and a large amount of visible light, for example, an indoor environment or a vehicle interior having an ultraviolet cut glass and having excellent transparency. And providing a laminate in which deterioration of the organic base material is prevented. SOLUTION: A laminate comprising an organic base material, an intermediate layer provided on the organic base material, and a photocatalyst layer provided on the intermediate layer, wherein the photocatalyst layer comprises (a) a visible light photocatalyst. A layer formed of a visible light photocatalyst composition comprising an active oxide semiconductor, (b) a titanium compound having a specific structure, and (c) a silane compound having a specific structure body.
