| abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create application data without being aware of whether or not characters to be input can be used in an online registration application work. An input data acquisition processing unit 11 acquires input data for application and temporarily stores it. The application data creation processing unit 12 converts the character code of the character string of the input data into a character code indicating the usable range, and determines whether each character is within the predetermined usable range. If the characters are within the usable range, insert the characters into the application format.
