abstract An underwater component quantification sampling apparatus capable of quantifying impurities at a very low concentration, reducing external contamination during analysis operation, improving measurement accuracy, and performing with simple operation, and A sampling method is provided. A sampling device for quantitative determination of underwater components has a flow rate adjusting valve and a manifold connected to a sampling line branched from a water main pipe, and at least one flow rate regulator and a plurality of solid phase extractions are provided downstream of the manifold. A cartridge and, if necessary, a filter holder are connected. The solid phase extraction cartridge is filled with a cation exchange resin, an anion exchange resin, or a resin having a chelating function, and a filter is attached to the filter holder. The sampling method is to allow water to flow through this apparatus to concentrate and fix specific components in the water. [Selection] Figure 1
