abstract | Disclosed is a composition for inhibiting DNA synthase that is easy to produce. A composition for inhibiting DNA synthase contains a butanol layer fraction extracted from sardine head and internal organs as an active ingredient. The DNA synthase inhibitory composition has an inhibitory action on α-type and β-type DNA synthetases and an inhibitory action on the DNA topoisomerase group. The DNA synthase inhibitory composition has an inhibitory activity effect on telomerase, a human cancer cell growth inhibitory effect, and an anti-inflammatory effect.
