abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a cured product excellent in conductivity without leaving any unfused portion of metal powder regardless of curing conditions, and to be used for various uses including conductive bumps, electrode formation, etc. An electrically conductive paste is provided. (A) Two types of (B) containing at least one low melting point metal having a melting point of 180 ° C. or lower and at least one high melting point metal having a melting point of 800 ° C. or higher with respect to 100 parts by weight of a resin component containing an acrylate resin. A conductive paste containing 200 to 1800 parts by weight of the above metal powder, (C) 0.5 to 40 parts by weight of a curing agent, and (D) 5 to 100 parts by weight of a latent flux is used.
