abstract A surface potential measurement type molecular sensor device capable of sensing multiple components in a subject simply and with ultra-high sensitivity using a microelectrode for surface potential measurement. [Solution] A nanosensor consisting of a reference potential measurement site, a sensing unit that generates a potential change as a signal when one or more types of host molecules recognize the target molecule, and a binding unit that binds to the substrate are formed on the substrate surface. An integrated sensor unit in which a plurality of three element parts of the adsorbed sensor film part and a wiring network part for monitoring electric potential are integrated on a silicon substrate, a coated conductor part for sending a signal to the controller, and A surface potential measurement type sensor device consisting of an adapter part for connection and a measurement controller part to which they are connected.
