PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester resin composition excellent in impact resistance and thermal stability, and excellent in heat resistance, and a molded product comprising the same. SOLUTION: A vinyl monomer containing an alkyl acrylate and / or an aromatic vinyl monomer is grafted to (A) an aliphatic polyester and (B) an acrylic rubber and / or a silicone acrylic rubber.
