abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dispersant for a hydraulic composition capable of imparting an excellent dispersion effect and viscosity reduction effect to a hydraulic composition at an industrially practical level. SOLUTION: A specific monomer 1 having a polyoxyalkylene group, a phosphoric acid monoester monomer 2 and a phosphoric acid diester monomer 3 are copolymerized at a pH of 7 or less to be hydraulic. A phosphate ester polymer suitable as a dispersant for the composition is obtained. [Selection figure] None
