titleOfInvention | Topical skin preparation |
abstract | An external preparation for skin contains a moisturizing agent such as organic acid salts, polyhydric alcohols, and water-soluble polymers. However, these moisturizers must be added in order to further enhance the moisturizing effect, resulting in unstable system, poor usability, and when applied to the skin. There were problems to be solved, such as being repelled by sebum and becoming less familiar to the skin. As a result of diligent research in view of the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have found that, when an oligoester of hardened castor oil and sebacic acid represented by (Chemical Formula 1) is blended with a topical skin preparation, the feeling of use, particularly smoothness. The present invention was completed by finding that an external preparation for skin having excellent moisture retention and a moisturizing effect can be obtained. The object of the present invention is to provide an external preparation for skin containing an oligoester of hydrogenated castor oil and sebacic acid represented by (Chemical Formula 1) that promotes the effects of the blended components. |
