abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color cathode ray tube capable of preventing a position shift of a color selection mechanism due to a drop impact. A color cathode ray tube (100) includes a face panel (7) on which a phosphor screen (8) is formed, a color selection mechanism (5) provided facing the phosphor screen (8), and a frame (6) that supports the color selection mechanism (5).
