PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink label and a container with a label which are not wrinkled or distorted before being attached to the container and are less liable to crack the printed layer when contracted. The shrink label of the present invention is a shrink label in which a printed layer is provided on at least one surface of a heat shrinkable film, and the printed layer is formed on the heat shrinkable film and an apparent glass after curing. It is characterized by being formed by applying an electron beam curable ink made of a polymerizable compound having a transition temperature in the range of −10 to 150 ° C. and irradiating the electron beam to cure the ink.
