abstract | Even if a circuit board to be inspected has minute electrodes with a fine pitch, it is possible to perform electrical inspection of a highly reliable circuit board, and there is little need to correct misalignment of an anisotropic conductive sheet. Provided is a circuit board inspection apparatus capable of performing work smoothly. A relay pin unit (31) includes an intermediate holding plate (36), a first support pin (33) disposed between a first insulating plate (34) and an intermediate holding plate (36), a second insulating plate (35) and an intermediate A second support pin 37 disposed between the holding plate 36 and the first support pin with respect to the intermediate holding plate; and a second support pin with respect to the intermediate holding plate. The second contact support position is arranged at a different position on the intermediate holding plate projection surface projected in the thickness direction of the intermediate holding plate. The first anisotropic conductive sheet 22 is made of an elastomer sheet in which conductive particles are arranged in the thickness direction and uniformly dispersed in the plane direction.
