titleOfInvention | Food identification method for skin improvement and index for identification |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying a food suitable for skin improvement by clarifying factors of the food which have an effect on the skin condition which has not been known so far. SOLUTION: The composition ratio of essential fatty acids in foods taken daily by the day of investigation is used as an index for improving the skin condition. As the constituent ratio of the essential fatty acids, the essential fatty acids are classified into n-3 fatty acids and n-6 fatty acids, and the numerical value obtained by dividing the intake amount of n-6 fatty acids by the intake amount of n-3 fatty acids. It is preferable to use it. Using this index, it is determined whether or not the meal is appropriate for improving the skin condition. Specifically, when the intake ratio of n-6 essential fatty acids is based on the intake of n-3 essential fatty acids, it is identified that the lower the ratio, the better. The discrimination result is attached to the cosmetic. [Selection figure] None |
