PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress nonspecific adsorption of a biomolecule while amplifying a phosphorylation signal in a phosphorylation measurement system using a peptide array. In particular, a peptide array capable of obtaining highly reliable data is obtained when used for surface plasmon measurement. A method for producing a peptide array for detecting a phosphorylation reaction, wherein the molecular weight of the linking group between the substrate and the amino acid to be phosphorylated of the peptide is 2,500 or less.
