titleOfInvention | Glass composition |
abstract | 【Task】 The present invention relates to a glass composition used as a material for an electronic material, and relates to improving the reliability of the electronic material. [Solution] It has been found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by including an inorganic cation exchanger in the glass composition for electronic materials, or by including an inorganic anion exchanger and an inorganic cation exchanger in the glass composition. The present invention has been completed. In particular, the glass composition can be used for a PDP partition material or a PDP electrode dielectric. [Selection figure] None |
