titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of organic fertilizer
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic fertilizer which can easily cultivate a large amount of bacteria having a hay effect and can compost organic waste as a fertilizer having a hay effect. SOLUTION: Numerous wood chips and wood flour particles are placed in the fermenter 1 to form a layered fungus bed, and a high temperature resistant Bacillus bacterium having a hay-blow effect is sprayed on the fungus bed. Then, after stirring with a stirrer 6 and sprinkling water to activate the bacteria of the genus Bacillus, the organic waste mixed with oil and fat is sprayed and stirred while blowing from the bottom of the fermenter. The organic waste is fermented and dried until the fermentation heat reaches 60 ° C. or higher after culturing the Bacillus bacterium, and the wood powder particles separated from the treated product are the organic containing the dormant Bacillus bacterium. Take out as fertilizer. [Selection] Figure 2
