abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide stable coated oil particles having an average particle diameter of 5 μm or less, which is coated with fine particles of a water-insoluble inorganic calcium salt, an emulsion, and a method for producing them. A coated oil particle having an average particle size of 5 μm or less is obtained by adhering fine particles of a poorly water-soluble inorganic calcium salt having an average particle size of 1 μm or less to the surface of the oil particle. It is preferable that the weight ratio between the particulate water-insoluble inorganic calcium salt adhering to the surface and the oil particles is in the range of 10/10 or more and less than 100/10. It is preferable that the particulate oil contains a compound having a carboxyl group. The emulsion is obtained by dispersing the coated oil particles in moisture. [Selection figure] None |
