titleOfInvention Electrode cell culture microarray and electrical cell counting method
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a cell culture microarray in which electrodes are provided in grooves or tunnels that connect a plurality of microcompartments capable of holding cells one by one, and a measurement method using the same. A plurality of electrodes for measuring a potential change of a cell having a plurality of partition walls and grooves or tunnels connecting the partitions for confining cells in a specific spatial arrangement on a substrate. A pattern is provided in each groove or tunnel, and an optically transparent semipermeable membrane and a culture bath are arranged on the partition wall. [Selection] Figure 1
