abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which can be B-stage treated and hardly generates voids. Linear or cyclic siloxane compounds containing Si-H bonds, side-chain carbon-carbon double bonds, and side-chain oxetane functional groups. These compounds have two curing temperatures. One is related to the hydrosilation reaction between the Si-H group and the carbon-carbon double bond, and the other is related to the ring opening of oxetane. [Chemical 1]
