PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odorless and unscented granular material and a cosmetic material having pearly luster. SOLUTION: A first layer having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.5 μm made of a crystalline thermoplastic resin and a thickness 0 made of a crystalline thermoplastic resin having a melting point different from that of the crystalline thermoplastic resin of the first layer.
