abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die capable of obtaining a large molded article having excellent shape accuracy without occurrence of cracks and cracks without performing preforming by cold isostatic pressing. Thereby, a high-quality and low-cost sputtering target is provided. SOLUTION: A mold for cold isostatic pressing, a plate material that does not deform even when pressurized by a cold isostatic press, and easily contracts or deforms when pressurized, but generates repulsive force when decompressed.
