abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a simulated hot spring water manufacturing apparatus and a simulated hot spring water manufacturing method capable of continuously producing simulated hot spring water containing a substance which is soft water and specified by the hot spring method, and has a low running cost. SOLUTION: Between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, a cation concentration chamber, a softening treatment chamber filled with a cation exchanger, an additive-containing aqueous solution flow chamber and an anion concentration chamber are arranged in this order from the cathode side. A cation exchange membrane is disposed between the cation concentrating chamber and the softening treatment chamber, and a cation exchange membrane is disposed between the softening treatment chamber and the additive-containing aqueous solution passage chamber. An electric simulated hot spring water producing apparatus, characterized in that an anion exchange membrane is disposed between the additive-containing aqueous solution passage chamber and the anion concentration chamber.
