abstract | The present invention provides a full-color image forming method that uses an intermediate transfer member to obtain a high-resolution and high-quality image without color misregistration and enables sufficient fixability even on paper with a rough surface. In a full-color image forming method using an intermediate transfer member, the toner contains at least a binder resin, a colorant, and a release agent, and the toner has a weight average particle diameter (D4) of 2 to 5 μm. The nip pressure during secondary transfer from the transfer body is 2 to 10 N / cm 2 , the surface smoothness of the transfer material is 40 S or less, and the nip pressure of the fixing member is 10 to 50 N / cm 2.
