titleOfInvention Diesel engine exhaust gas purification system
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the activity of a selective catalytic reduction catalyst in an exhaust gas temperature range of 100 to 350 ° C. from a low temperature region to a slightly high temperature region without using an oxidation catalyst. An EGR valve 17a is provided in an EGR pipe 17 that recirculates EGR gas from an exhaust passage 13 of an engine 11 to an intake passage 12, and the flow rate of the EGR gas flowing through the EGR pipe is adjusted by the EGR valve. The fuel injection device 22 injects fuel into the engine, and the selective reduction catalyst 18 is provided in the exhaust passage. The liquid injection nozzle 21a of the liquid supply means 21 is inserted into the exhaust passage upstream of the exhaust gas from the selective catalytic reduction catalyst, and the urea-based liquid 21b is injected from the liquid injection nozzle. Based on the detection output of the operating condition detection means 24, the controller 26 sets the NO / NO 2 in the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust passage upstream of the selective reduction catalyst to a range of 0.8 to 1.7 by weight. Thus, the EGR valve and the fuel injection device are controlled. [Selection] Figure 1
