abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film having good surface properties and elastic modulus. SOLUTION: A film composed of a polyester composition comprising a polyester and a layered silicate ion-exchanged with organic phosphonium ions by 60 to 100%, wherein the content of the layered silicate in the polyester composition is an inorganic ash content.
