SOLUTION: A sheet for body sticking in which a sheet obtained by laminating a carbon dioxide impermeable film and a nonwoven fabric is enclosed in a carbon dioxide impermeable container, the laminating means comprising a carbon dioxide impermeable film and a nonwoven fabric The liquid or gel containing carbon dioxide and moisture is held in at least a part of the nonwoven fabric, and the carbon dioxide is contained in the container in an amount of 0.5 to 5 with respect to the volume of the liquid or gel.
