titleOfInvention Aerosol product degassing jig, degassing structure, aerosol product
abstract An object of the present invention is to simplify the degassing work procedure by eliminating the intermediate work of removing an operation button from a stem when degassing an aerosol-type product that has been used and is to be discarded. A degassing jig is integrally formed on a cover body of an aerosol container. At the time of degassing, first, the jig 14 is cut out from the cover body 13, and the cylindrical portion 14 c is fitted into the concave portion 16 b following the nozzle hole 16 a of the operation button 16. Thereafter, the integrated unit of the operation button 13 and the jig 14 is pressed down to engage the stepped portion 14 d with the inner surface edge portion 13 b of the cover body 13. By this engagement, the stem integral with the operation button is self-held in the same state as the operation mode for discharging the contents, and the residual gas in the aerosol container passes through the nozzle hole 16a of the operation button 16 and the hole 14b of the jig 14 to the external space. To be released. [Selection] Figure 1
