abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a recording medium mounted on a portable terminal device as a blood glucose measuring device, and connect the portable terminal device and a server for managing blood glucose information received from the portable terminal device to a network to provide a bidirectional service between them. A recording medium capable of measuring blood glucose used in a system provided is provided. A recording medium includes a sensor circuit unit that generates a current corresponding to a blood sugar level in blood, and data obtained by digitally converting the generated current in a signal processing unit to convert the data into blood glucose level data. And a control unit 13 that reads the blood glucose level data from the EEPROM 14 and transmits the blood glucose level data to the portable terminal device to which the recording medium 1 is mounted via the communication control unit 16. The recording medium 1 further includes a power supply control unit 18 that receives power from the mobile terminal device to which the recording medium 1 is mounted and supplies power to each unit in the recording medium 1.
