These proteins or enzymes have excellent heat resistance and excellent stability at room temperature. Furthermore, it is resistant to organic solvents. Since the thioredoxin of the present invention has high heat resistance, it can react efficiently at high temperatures, and can be sterilized by heating when added to pharmaceuticals, foods, cosmetics and the like.
