PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip substrate having a small amount of non-specific adsorption / binding of a substance to be detected and a high ability to immobilize a physiologically active substance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A biochip substrate for immobilizing a physiologically active substance on a substrate surface, the biochip substrate having an amino group and a phosphorylcholine group on the surface, preferably a polymer having an amino group and a phosphorylcholine group. A first polymer having an amino group and a second polymer having a phosphorylcholine group are applied to the substrate surface, or a polymer having a functional group that reacts with an amino group and a phosphorylcholine group is applied to the surface. And then reacting with a compound having a polyfunctional amino group. |
